By using Lapwizard, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Description of Service

Lapwizard is a swim coaching application that analyzes your Apple Watch swim workout data to provide personalized training suggestions and progress tracking.

Health Disclaimer

Lapwizard is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition. The app provides general fitness information and training suggestions.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or adverse symptoms during swimming, stop immediately and seek medical attention.

Subscription and Payment

Lapwizard offers subscription-based access through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Feature Unlocks

Certain features in Lapwizard unlock based on your workout history (15 workouts for Intermediate, 40 workouts for Advanced). These unlocks are tied to your device and the workout data imported from Apple Health.

Intellectual Property

Lapwizard and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
